When does the card arrive?
Email cards are sent within a few minutes of payment, or on the morning of the date you choose. Printed cards are ready to collect from the spa the next working day.
Does it expire?
No. There’s no expiry date and no monthly fees, so the balance is there whenever they’re ready to use it.
What can it be used for?
Any treatment, package or class we offer, and it can be put towards a Lebanon retreat. It can’t be exchanged for cash.
What if the treatment costs more than the card?
They simply pay the difference at the spa. If the treatment costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Can I buy one for myself?
Yes — put your own name and email in both sections and the card comes to you.
I sent it to the wrong email. Can you fix it?
Call or message us with your order number and we’ll resend it to the right address, as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.
